Service Description

THIS IS FOR EXISTING CLIENTS OF COSMETICS & EYEBROWS ATELIER ONLY! Please do NOT book this appointment if I have NEVER had you as a Microblading, Microshading, or Combination Brows client. Part of the aftercare of microblading is the touch-up appointments. These are highly recommended to ensure the longevity of the shape created by microblading, microshading, or combination brows as well as the color. Due to the ink still settling into the skin, please do not request a touch-up before 4 weeks have elapsed, and be sure to not have a touch-up later than 7 weeks. This service is for clients who completed a microblading session completed with Cosmetics & Eyebrows Atelier. This is NOT FOR NEW CLIENTS. Please Note: This is NOT a touch-up rate for new clients who have NOT booked at my brow studio before. If you book an appointment and you ARE NOT an existing client, it will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please Know: Non-refundable deposits are due upon booking. Deposits go towards services. See policy. NO refunds, credits, or exchanges for any service. All services are final. No exceptions. A form must be completed prior to booking an appointment. If the form is not completed 48 hours before the appointment, you must be rescheduled. Reschedules count as cancellations. Late policy strictly enforced. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it is $5 every 5 minutes after the 10 minutes you are late. See policy on FAQs. *** COVID precautions enforced. Masks are required upon entry and are worn by the client and the service provider. If you do not have a mask, one will be available for purchase. Refusal to wear a mask will count as a cancellation. *** SERVICES CAN NOT BE PERFORMED ON THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF PEOPLE: Anyone Under 18 Years Young Pregnant, Lactating, and currently on Menstrual Cycle Taking Antibiotics, Accutane, or Retinols Diabetics, High Blood Pressure, or High Body Temperature Keloid/Scars or Open Wounds on the Face Epileptic, Somatic and Inflammatory Diseases, or Mental Disorders Hepatitis, HIV, AIDS, or Syphilis NO EXCEPTIONS

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or reschedules must be done 48 hours before your appointment. By canceling 48 hours in advance new and existing clients will have the option to book a re-book immediately if a slot is available. Reschedules are counted as cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule more than 3 times, you may not book another appointment for 3 months. When you cancel or reschedule 3 times, the time that was reserved for your appointment included setup, materials, and anticipating your full-service eyebrow treatment. Please be kind and respectful by keeping your scheduled appointment times. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy. Please Note. Non-refundable deposits are due upon booking. Deposits go towards services. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any service or product. All services or products are final. No exceptions. Non-Refundable Deposits All appointments have a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is half the cost of your service. Deposits go towards your service. The deposit is also if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment. Please try to avoid no-shows and late cancellations.
