You’ve Got Questions - We’ve Got Answers

Below you will find some frequently asked questions I receive from many of my clients. I have tried to answer all of your questions and concerns, however, if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please send me an email directly. I will get back to you as soon as possible, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

What Makes C & E Atelier Awesome and Different?

We are a full services eyebrow only beauty bar. All treatments for your eyebrows include prep, cleaning, and applying aftercare products as well as cosmetics to enhance the appearance of your brows. We will also offer you aftercare products and instructions so you can get similar brow perfecting results at home.

Do You Have a Referral System?

When you love your service, you tell everyone. By referring others to C & E Atelier, you're sharing our passion for "enhancing your natural features one brow at a time," and rewards come with that. For every three people that you refer that happen to turn into loyal clients, we will reward you with a gift. Gifts are either a complimentary service or a cosmetics product.

May I Bring a Friend or My Child With Me?

No guests or children are allowed. Due to COVID precautions, only the service provider and the client are allowed in the building and in Cosmetics & Eyebrows Atelier.

Which Payment Methods Do Cosmetics and Eyebrows Atelier Accept?

We accept credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash. No other forms of payment are accepted. You can either pay the full price when you book or the non-refundable deposit when you book and the rest when you arrive for your service. If you are using a Groupon, there is still a non-refundable deposit due upon booking.

What's Up With the Deposits?

All appointments have a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is half the cost of your service. Deposits go towards your service, the products being used and the time set aside for you and the service provider. The deposit is also if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment.
Please be kind and respectful by avoiding no-shows and cancellations.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

All cancellations must be done 48 hours before your appointment. By canceling 48 hours in advance you will have the option to re-book immediately if a slot is available. Reschedules are counted as cancellations. 


If you cancel or reschedule more than 3 times, you may not book another appointment for 3 months. When you cancel or reschedule 3 times, the time that was reserved for your appointment included setup, materials, and anticipating your full-service eyebrow treatment. Please be kind and respectful by keeping your scheduled appointment times. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy. 

Also, due to COVID refusing to wear a mask will count as a cancellation. 

What If I'm Running Late?

Arriving late to your appointment will be $5 for every 5 minutes that you are late. When you arrive late, that is the time that is taken away from your full-service eyebrow appointment. Microblading is a 2-hour service and cannot be rushed. Threading is the second-longest service followed by waxing. All treatments come with a brow styling so it takes time.


Please avoid being tardy by arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. 

Arriving On Time Has Bonuses!

When you arrive at your appointment, you will be checked-in at the recorded time. By arriving on time to your appointment, you will also receive points that will go towards gratis. Gratis includes complementary services or cosmetics.

Are You Taking COVID Precautions?

Yes and most definitely! Masks are required when entering Heaven and Earth Salon Suites which is where our atelier is located and masks are required when entering the suite of C & E Atelier. If you do not have a mask, we do have them available for purchase. 

Lonya, the service provider will be wearing a mask at all times when you are in the atelier having your eyebrow treatments or want to purchase or order cosmetics directly from C & E Atelier.

Please do not come to the atelier if you have symptoms such as coughing, nausea, loose stools, nasal drainage, chest pains, throat pains and body aches. View the full COVID list of symptoms HERE ON THE CDC'S WEBSITE.

Can I Get an Eyebrow Service Not Listed on the Menu?

Definitely. When developing the service menu, we thought of the top services people want but also included services that everyone needs. If you want to try something different, go ahead and ask and we will price it for you then add it to our service menu.
