Below you will find some frequently asked questions I receive from many of my clients. I have tried to answer all of your questions and concerns however if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please send me an email directly. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

What Makes Cosmetics & Eyebrows Atelier Awesome and Different?

My studio is a full-service, eyebrows-only beauty bar. All treatments for your eyebrows include prep, cleaning, and applying aftercare products as well as cosmetics to enhance the appearance of your brows. You will also have the opportunity to purchase the same products I used on you so you can work to achieve the same results at home.

Do You Have a Referral System?

For every three people that you refer that happen to turn into loyal clients, we will reward you with a gift. Gifts are either a complimentary service or a cosmetic product.

When you love your service, you tell everyone. By referring others you're sharing my passion for "enhancing your natural features one brow at a time," and rewards come with that.

May I Bring a Friend or My Child With Me?

No client guests or children are allowed. Due to both safeties, health, and COVID precautions, only the service provider and the client are allowed inside Cosmetics & Eyebrows Atelier.


If you bring a guest, the guest can either sit in the 2 designated areas located at the front entrance of Heaven on Earth Salon Suites or in the back of the building near the restrooms. If your guest insists on sitting with you during your appointment, I as the service provider will STOP the services IMMEDIATELY, ask you to leave, and reschedule your appointment online where you will have to submit another non-refundable service deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Simply, please bring no guests.

Which Payment Methods Do Cosmetics and Eyebrows Atelier Accept?

I accept credit cards and debit cards. I DO NOT accept cash. PAYMENT PLANS are now available or microblading, microshading, and combination brows NOT touchups. A valid credit/debit card MUST BE ON FILE. Any rejected payments or insufficient funds will result in a $25 fee to you, the client. Please be sure you have the funds available.

 I do not accept other forms of payment are accepted.

After services have been completed you will be checked out using Square. The standard processing fee is 2.6% + 10¢ for contactless payments, mobile taps, swiped or inserted chip cards, and swiped magstripe cards. Payments that are manually keyed-in, processed using a Card on File, or manually entered using a Virtual Terminal have a 3.5% + 15¢ fee. Invoices cost 2.9% + 30¢ or 3.5% + 15¢ if processed using Card on File.

The processing fee I have rounded to 3% which is what you will be charged for each service sales transaction.

Product sales are taxed to 8% which is required by law in the state of Illinois.

If you are using a Groupon, please be sure to choose the correct service that is under the "Groupon" section on the "Services" page.

What's Up With the Non-Refundable Deposits?

All appointments have a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is a portion of your service cost. Deposits go towards your service, the products, tools, space being used and the time set aside for you and the service provider. The deposit is also if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment.

Please be kind and respectful by avoiding no-shows and cancellations.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

All cancellations must be done 48 hours before your appointment. By canceling 48 hours in advance you will have the option to re-book immediately if a slot is available. Reschedules are counted as cancellations. 

If you cancel or reschedule more than 3 times, you may not book another appointment for 3 months. When you cancel or reschedule 3 times, the time that was reserved for your appointment included setup, materials, and anticipating your full-service eyebrow treatment. Please be kind and respectful by keeping your scheduled appointment times. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy. 

Also, due to COVID refusing to wear a mask will count as a cancellation. 

What If I'm Running Late?

Arriving late to your appointment will be $5 after 10 minutes you are late. If you are late more than 10 minutes, it will be $5 every 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule and pay another non-refundable deposit. 

When you arrive late, that is the time being taken away from your full-service eyebrow appointment. Microblading is a 2+ hour service and cannot be rushed. "Eyebrow Tinting, Shaping & Styling" is the second-longest service followed. All treatments come with a wash and style so it takes time.


Please avoid being tardy by arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. 

Arriving On Time Has Bonuses!

When you arrive at your appointment, you will be checked in at the recorded time. By arriving on time to your appointment, you will also receive points that will go towards gratis. Gratis includes complementary services or cosmetics.

Are You Taking COVID and the many VARIANTS Precautions?

Yes and most definitely! Masks are required when entering Heaven and Earth Salon Suites which is where my atelier is located. Masks are required during your services inside my suite even if you are vaccinated. If you do not have a mask, you will be charged $2 for not adhering to the mask policy. If you refuse to wear a mask, the appointment will be canceled immediately. No exceptions.


I will be wearing a mask at all times when you are in the atelier.

Please do not come to my brow studio if you have been exposed to someone with COVID symptoms or have tested positive for COVID. Cancel your appointment if you have symptoms such as coughing, nausea, loose stools, nasal drainage, chest pains, throat pains, and body aches, or more associated with COVID and the VARIANTS.

If you do not cancel the appointment, it will be canceled for you.

Can I Get an Eyebrow Service Not Listed on the Menu?

Definitely. When developing the service menu, I thought of the top eyebrow services people want but also included services that everyone needs. If you want to try something different, go ahead and ask and I will price it for you then add it to my service menu.

Please note, there is no waxing nor facials done at my studio. There is also no hair removal on any part of the face other than the eyebrows. I can recommend you to an esthetician that is also located inside Heaven on Earth Salon suites where my studio is.

Please bring this completed to your appointment. Failure to complete this will mean the services cannot be done. 

Product Shipping

Products that are fulfilled by Cosmetics & Eyebrows Atelier have a flat rate shipping cost of $9.90 which you can see HERE on the USPS website. This priority option allows for your item to arrive within 1-4 business days without delays. You will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for it. 

I choose the mailing option due to the fact that each product is handheld sized and to ensure the privacy and safety of your items. Unfortunately, people have sticky fingers and are nosy so until the product mailing boxes for Cosmetics & Eyebrows Atelier are designed, this will be how your package will arrive.
