Service Description
This consult is required for all PERMANENT MAKEUP - Powder/Ombre and Blade & Shade Combination clients. If you choose to go through this FEE GOES TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE. If you choose otherwise this fee is non-refundable but can be applied to a brow shaping service. Please know, that I only offer Powder Brows (all shading), Ombre Brows (fades from light at the front of brows to darker and the tail of the brows), & Blade & Shade Combo Brows (hair-like strokes & shade). WHAT TO EXPECT During the consultation, we will discuss the procedure, aftercare, healing process, my policies, your qualifications and expectations, and what to expect on the day of the appointment. UNISEX SERVICE. No special pricing due to your gender or age. PLEASE KNOW: If you have a brow tattoo that has faded from another Brow Artist, services may be declined. I currently do not offer eyebrow tattoo removal services. NO PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES can be performed without a consultation. No exceptions. I must see your skin. MICROBLADING SERVICES CAN NOT BE PERFORMED ON THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF PEOPLE: Anyone Under 18 Years Young Pregnant, Lactating, and currently on Menstrual Cycle Taking Antibiotics, Accutane, Blood Thinners or Retinols Diabetics, High Blood Pressure, or High blood Temperature Keloid/Scars or Open Wounds on the Face Epileptic, Somatic and Inflammatory Diseases, or Mental Disorders Hepatitis, HIV, AIDS, or Syphilis NO EXCEPTIONS ASK ME ABOUT 2 and 3 SESSION PACKAGES Please Note. Consultation charges are final even if you do a no-show or cancel due to you not reading the CLIENT QUALIFICATIONS listed here and on all the microblading service descriptions. See policy on FAQs. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or negotiating prices for any service. All services are final. A form must be completed before booking an appointment. Clients must book their own appointments. Appointments are not scheduled by the service provider. Late arrival policy is strictly enforced. Please see the policy on the FAQs page.




Cancellation Policy
At Cosmetics & Eyebrows Atelier, we value your time and ours. Please carefully review our appointment and cancellation policy before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Reschedules are considered cancellations and are subject to the same terms. Clients who cancel or reschedule more than three (3) times will no longer be eligible to book in advance and may only be accommodated as walk-ins, based on availability. Deposits A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your service total is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied to your final service cost. Deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited if you cancel late, reschedule late, or fail to show up for your appointment. Refunds & Product Policy All services and products are final sale. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you are confident in your selections before booking or purchasing. We kindly ask that you respect this policy to help us provide timely, uninterrupted service to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
