Service Description

• Washed for maximum color hold • Shaped by thread or wax • Dyed using TRADITIONAL DYE that consists of a COLOR & DEVELOPER. • This dye changes the color of your EYEBROW HAIR COLOR and lasts up to 3 - 4 weeks. It is great for a color boost or gray hair coverage. • Brows are styled with enhancing products such as gels, holding pomades, and HD concealers. • Brow dye stains the skin for 1 week and lasts on the hair for 3 - 4 weeks. AFTERCARE: • Don’t get your brows wet for 24 hours • Do not scrub, exfoliate or use chemicals on the skin surrounding the brow hairs for 2 weeks or until the color fades • Try to keep brow area free of makeup for 2 weeks to improve longevity. PLEASE KNOW • If you are taking retinol or have skin sensitivity, a patch test will be performed prior to brow dye application and only shaping by THREADING will be performed. Waxing will not be an option. • Color results vary from person to person. • This DYE contains paraphenylenediamine (PPD), to increase color vibrance, but is a known irritant and allergen. Darker coloured dyes contain higher levels of PPD. PPD that may result in irritation and bumps on the eyebrows and eye area. HAIR REMOVAL DISCLAIMER: • Wax lays on top of the skin. It removes a thin layer of skin while removing the hair. A burn can occur. • Thread lays on top of the skin where the hair is being looped and remove directly from the follicle. Please state which one you would like before the service begins. Skin may be pinched if not stretched enough. PLEASE KNOW: • If you have any COLD, flu, pneumonia, or cold symptoms, schedule when you feeling better :-) • Non-refundable deposits are due upon booking. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any service. All services are final. No exceptions. • A form must be completed prior to booking an appointment. Clients must book their appointments. Appointments are not scheduled by the service provider. • Arrive ONLY 5 minutes before the appointment and sit in the front waiting area. • Late arrival policy is strictly enforced. • If you are late more than 10 minutes, there is a $5 fee. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or reschedules must be done 48 hours before your appointment. By canceling 48 hours in advance new and existing clients will have the option to book a re-book immediately if a slot is available. Reschedules are counted as cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule more than 3 times, you may not book another appointment for 3 months. When you cancel or reschedule 3 times, the time that was reserved for your appointment included setup, materials, and anticipating your full-service eyebrow treatment. Please be kind and respectful by keeping your scheduled appointment times. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy. Please Note. Non-refundable deposits are due upon booking. Deposits go towards services. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any service or product. All services or products are final. No exceptions. Non-Refundable Deposits All appointments have a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is half the cost of your service. Deposits go towards your service. The deposit is also if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment. Please try to avoid no-shows and late cancellations.
