Service Description
Traditional Lash Lift is an eye-opening lash service for straight and short lashes or overly curly lashes that need to be tamed with a flirty, slightly curly lift. Upgrade service with tint for a mascara-ready look. AFTERCARE • Do not get the brows wet for 24 hours • Keep brows moisturized with oils • Only apply aftercare serum, castor oil, or our Brow Growth & Skin Repair Serum Lift lasts 5 weeks REQUIREMENTS • Lashes must be FULL & NATURAL - no previous lash lift in the last 3 months • DO NOT have MICRO-NEEDLING, MICROBLADING, or a CHEMICAL PEEL done before the appointment. • Stop using retinol, accutane, Rentina A, Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic or Glycolic Acid, ProActive, AAH, or BHA 1.5 weeks before appointment. • Not advised for women pregnant or breastfeeding. Doctor must approve. No exceptions. • Must be 18 years old PLEASE KNOW: • If you have COVID, pneumonia, flu, or cold symptoms, please stay home. Schedule when you're feeling better :-) • Non-refundable retainer is due upon booking. Please be sure that this is the service you want. • There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any service. All services are final. No exceptions. • Late arrival policy is strictly enforced. Please arrive only 5 minutes before the appointment and sit in the front waiting area. Text me that you are. Do not wait outside of my door. The hallway is small. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the service must be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy
At Cosmetics & Eyebrows Atelier, we value your time and ours. Please carefully review our appointment and cancellation policy before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Reschedules are considered cancellations and are subject to the same terms. Clients who cancel or reschedule more than three (3) times will no longer be eligible to book in advance and may only be accommodated as walk-ins, based on availability. Deposits A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your service total is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied to your final service cost. Deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited if you cancel late, reschedule late, or fail to show up for your appointment. Refunds & Product Policy All services and products are final sale. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you are confident in your selections before booking or purchasing. We kindly ask that you respect this policy to help us provide timely, uninterrupted service to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
