Lead Sales Associates
Part-time, remote, commission-based position.
Position Overview:
The company is hiring 3 Lead Sales Associates to pitch and book specialized training programs with beauty schools, spas, and salons across Illinois and Wisconsin. The mission is to secure partnerships with leadership and demonstrate how our masterclasses provide students with advanced skills and techniques not covered in their standard curriculum.
Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: Commission-based. Commission is earned for every student sign-up resulting from a booked school training.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Hours: 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM (flexible hours available).
Responsibilities
-
Contact beauty schools, spas, and salons in Illinois and Wisconsin via phone and email.

Pitch to school directors on hiring the atelier to train their students.

Present the value of adding advanced, non-curriculum techniques to their school/spa/salon.

Work entirely from pre-made outreach documents, scripts, and templates.

Share creative marketing or sales ideas if available.
Requirements & Background
-
Experience in beauty/salon/spa retail sales, medical sales, or customer service.

Proof of increasing sales and reaching or advancing sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

Strong B2B (business-to-business) communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to articulate the value of advanced educational partnerships.

Comfortable calling, emailing, and setting up training partnerships between Cosmetics & Eyebrows Atelier and beauty schools, spas, and salons.

Available to work remotely Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (9:30 AM - 2:00 PM).
