This service includes a custom cluster lash application, where lightweight lash clusters are strategically placed along the lash line to create natural-looking length, soft volume, and eye definition. This is not individual lash extensions—it is a customized cluster lash set designed for a quicker service and a soft, flexible finish. Your brows are then shaped using professional eyebrow threading to remove unwanted hair and create a clean, balanced shape tailored to your facial structure. The service is completed with a brow tint, which enhances color, adds fullness, and defines the brows for a more structured, polished appearance. The result is a refreshed, put-together look that enhances your natural features without heavy makeup or daily maintenance. Lashes typically last 10–14 days with proper aftercare, while eyebrow threading lasts approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on hair growth and skin type. Brow tint longevity varies based on aftercare and skin type. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Please arrive with clean skin and no eye or brow makeup. Avoid waterproof mascara, lash curlers, and oil-based products around the eyes for 24 hours prior. Do not wax or thread brows from another provider within 7 days of your appointment. AFTERCARE For best results, avoid water, steam, sweating, and touching the eye area for 24 hours. Do not use oil-based products, rub lashes, or apply mascara to cluster lashes. Avoid exfoliating products near brows for 48 hours. Keep brows clean and dry to support tint longevity. Cluster lashes typically last 10–14 days, and brow threading lasts 2–3 weeks with proper aftercare. PLEASE KNOW: - Non-refundable retainers are due upon booking. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any service. All services are final. No exceptions. - A form must be completed before booking an appointment. Clients must book their own appointments. The service provider does not schedule appointments. - Late arrival policy is strictly enforced. Arrive 5 minutes before the appointment.
