HAIR REMOVAL DISCLAIMER If you are using any retinols, chemical exfoliants, or have had dermaplanning or micro-needling done within the past week, you must wait 7 days. The skin is thin and can suffer damage. ** WAX IS NO LONGER OFFERED ON THE FACE OR BROWS ** AFTERCARE • Don’t get your brows wet for 24 hours • Do not scrub, exfoliate, or use chemicals on the skin surrounding the brow hairs for 2 weeks or until the color fades • Try to keep brows free of makeup for 2. 5 weeks to improve longevity PLEASE KNOW • If you have oily skin, the stain hybrid dye will not last, and it may not be taken during the service. • This stain hybrid dye contains paraphenylenediamine (PPD), a known irritant and allergen. Darker-colored dyes contain higher levels of PPD. PPD is the cause of most reactions to hair dye, causing skin irritation and bumps around and on the eyebrows. SICK SYMPTOMS • If you have COVID, pneumonia, flu, or cold symptoms, please stay home. Schedule when you feel better :-) • Non-refundable deposits are due upon booking. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any service. All services are final. No exceptions. • Clients must book their appointments. The service provider does not schedule appointments. • Arrive ONLY 5 minutes before the appointment and sit in the front waiting area. • Late arrival policy is strictly enforced. Cancellation Policy
At Cosmetics & Eyebrows Atelier, we value your time and ours. Please carefully review our appointment and cancellation policy before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Reschedules are considered cancellations and are subject to the same terms. Clients who cancel or reschedule more than three (3) times will no longer be eligible to book in advance and may only be accommodated as walk-ins, based on availability. Deposits A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your service total is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied to your final service cost. Deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited if you cancel late, reschedule late, or fail to show up for your appointment. Refunds & Product Policy All services and products are final sale. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you are confident in your selections before booking or purchasing. We kindly ask that you respect this policy to help us provide timely, uninterrupted service to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
